Every Rule,
in Plain Sight.
Wun is a launchpad where every wallet plays by the same written rules, the creator included. Fees, limits and rewards are set in the contracts and shown before you buy.

- 100%

- 1–5% fixed at launch
- Pool liquidity
- Locked forever
01Stages
Three Stages. Set by Tokens Left, Never by Price.
Every market moves through the same three stages as its pool sells down. Early on, the rules are tight; as a token grows, they relax. A stage, once reached, never goes back.
- tokens in every pool at launch
- 1B
- Stage 1 opens
- 200M left
- Stage 2 opens
- 100M left
The rules that apply to a trade are those of the stage it starts in.
| Stage | Starts | Who can trade | Hold per wallet | Buy per 15 min | Sell per 15 min | Transfer cooldown |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pre-bond | At launch | Members | 20M | 5M | 5M | 1 hour |
| Stage 1 | 200M left | Everyone | No cap | No cap | 2.5M | 2 hours |
| Stage 2 | 100M left | Everyone | No cap | No cap | 1M | 4 hours |
02Membership
The First Stage Is for Members.
Pre-bond, the earliest part of every market, is open to members only, and only members can launch. From Stage 1, everyone can trade.
- a month, renewed by hand
- 10 USDG
- once, for life
- 100 USDG
- Held onchain
- Your membership lives in a contract, not an account. No sign-up, no automatic charge.
- Give it to someone
- Anyone can pay for another wallet's membership without gaining any control over it.
- Where it goes
- Membership revenue goes to the treasury.
03Limits
Written Limits Keep Early Markets Fair.
In Pre-bond, no wallet can hold more than 20M tokens, the creator included, and buys and sells are capped per 15 minutes. Later stages lift the holding and buying caps and keep a smaller sell limit.
- most a wallet holds in Pre-bond (2%)
- 20M
- buy and sell per 15 min in Pre-bond
- 5M
- sell per 15 min in Stage 1 · Stage 2
- 2.5M · 1M
- A window that rolls
- The 15 minutes always look back from now, wallet by wallet, not fixed slots on a clock.
- Always in view
- Your remaining limits are shown in the trade panel before you trade.
04Transfer cooldown
Moved Tokens Wait Before They Sell.
Tokens you receive from another wallet wait a short while before they can be sold, so a position can't be split across wallets to slip past the sell limits. Tokens bought from the pool are never locked.
- in Pre-bond
- 1 hour
- in Stage 1
- 2 hours
- in Stage 2
- 4 hours
- What you had stays free
- An incoming transfer never relocks the balance you already held.
- No shortcuts
- Passing tokens on again cannot shorten the wait.
05Fees
Where Every Trading Fee Goes.
Each token charges a 1% to 5% fee on every buy and sell, taken in ETH, never in the token. 0.5% is the platform's share. The rest goes where the creator chose at launch: to the token's holders, or to the creator.
- fee, chosen once at launch
- 1–5%
- platform share of every trade
- 0.5%
Neither the fee nor who earns it can be changed after launch.
On a 1 ETH trade with a 3% fee, 0.03 ETH is paid:
- This token's holdersby balance, 100,000 tokens or more0.025 ETH
- $WUN holdershalf of the platform's 0.5%0.0025 ETH
- Treasurythe other half0.0025 ETH
06Holder rewards
Holder Rewards, Paid at Every Trade.
On a holder-reward token, part of every buy and sell fee goes to the people holding it. The contract splits it in the same transaction as the trade: every wallet with 100,000 tokens or more gets its share, by balance. It waits in the token's reward vault until you claim it.
- tokens to start earning
- 100,000
- when rewards are credited
- Every trade
- snapshots, airdrops or lists
- 0
- No snapshot, settled by the contracts
- Nobody counts holders at a set hour. Each trade credits everyone eligible at once, and your share follows your balance as it changes.
- Start and stop with your balance
- Cross 100,000 and you earn from the next trade. Drop below and you stop; what you earned stays yours.
- Nobody can empty the vault
- The reward vault is a contract with no way to withdraw or redirect its funds. Not the creator, not Wun, not anyone.
- It never expires
- Claim whenever you like, even after you sell. You pay the gas for your own claim.
Fees earned before any wallet holds 100,000 tokens wait in the vault and go to the eligible holders at the next trade.
07Creator first buy
No Free Creator Tokens.
All 1,000,000,000 tokens start in the pool. A creator may buy at launch, at the same price and fees as everyone, before anyone else can trade. Those tokens wait in an escrow until Stage 1 or seven days, whichever comes first.
- tokens handed to anyone
- 0
- most a creator can buy at launch
- 800M
- in escrow, or until Stage 1
- 7 days
- Same price as you
- The creator's first buy pays the curve price and the full fee, like any other buy. No discount, no free supply.
- No rewards in escrow
- Escrowed tokens earn no holder rewards while they wait.
- Still capped
- Before Stage 1, a withdrawal from escrow is held to the 20M wallet limit.
08Locked pool
Nobody Holds the Key to the Pool.
Every token's liquidity stays in its pool for good. The contracts have no function to add it, pull it or move it, so there is no one to ask: not the creator, not Wun.
- of the supply starts in the pool
- 100%
- the liquidity lock
- Forever
- Uniswap V4
- Trading runs through a Uniswap V4 pool. The pool design is adapted from Letscash on the same chain.
09$WUN
Half the Platform's Revenue Goes to $WUN Holders.
$WUN is Wun's platform token, and it holds a real share of the business: half of everything Wun earns from trading, in every market. The contract splits it at every trade, before the treasury touches it.
- of platform trading revenue
- 50%
- credited, in every market
- Every trade
- $WUN to start earning
- 100,000
- Where it comes from
- The 0.5% platform share of every trade in every market, plus all of $WUN's own 1% fee.
- No snapshot, settled by the contracts
- The same vault as holder rewards: credited at every trade, by balance, claimed when you like, never expires, cannot be redirected.
Launch charges and membership go to the treasury and are not shared.
Membership
Pre-Bond and Launches Are for Members.
Every market starts in Pre-bond, and only members trade there. Only members can launch a token. From Stage 1, anyone can trade.
Plainly
What the Rules Do Not Do
Written rules have edges. These are ours.
- Multiple wallets and trades off the pool
- Ordinary transfers stay open, so splitting a position across wallets or trading outside the pool cannot be fully prevented. The rules make it harder, not impossible.
- Gas for claims
- Each wallet claims its own rewards and pays its own gas. Very small rewards may not be worth claiming yet.
- A promised return
- Holder rewards come from trading activity. When trading slows, so do rewards.
- Protection from losses
- New tokens are highly speculative and can lose all of their value. Sellers are paid from the ETH buyers put in.
- Control over launched tokens
- A 2-of-3 Safe with a timelock can pause launches and trading (claims keep working). It cannot change a launched token's fee or rules, or withdraw from or redirect a reward vault.
Questions
Short Answers
Do I need a membership to trade?
Only in Pre-bond, the first stage of a market. From Stage 1, anyone can trade. Launching a token needs a membership.
Can a creator change the fee later?
No. The fee and who earns its reward share are set once, at launch, and stay that way.
When do holder rewards arrive?
At every trade, while you hold 100,000 tokens or more of a holder-reward token. They wait in the reward vault until you claim them.
Is there a snapshot for rewards?
No. The contracts credit rewards at every trade, by balance. There is nothing to register for and no date to hold until.
Can a wallet be left out of rewards?
The pool, the escrow and the other contract addresses of a market never earn. The platform's 2-of-3 Safe can leave out an address that cannot claim, such as a contract; what it already earned stays claimable.
What happens to my rewards if I sell?
What you have earned stays yours, and you can claim it at any time.
Why can't I sell tokens someone sent me?
Tokens received from another wallet wait 1, 2 or 4 hours, by stage, before they can be sold. Tokens bought from the pool never wait.
What does it cost to launch?
0.0005 ETH per launch, plus gas, and a membership. The creator's first buy is optional and paid like any other trade.
